I am Andrea Clary and I have navigated the world of mental health and wellness since 2012. I am a 200-hour registered yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). I am a cancer survivor, now thriver, and the practices of holistic wellness contributed to saving my life. I teach and hold space to share experience and start the conversation about subjects we often shy away from in order to promote collective healing with yogic principle and practice. There is an infinite amount of power in sharing your story and my target audience is those seeking to discover the power of vulnerability through practice. The impetus is what I desire to help others manifest; a growing sense of wisdom through experience and embodiment of a more grace-FULL state of being; cultivating a focus on recovery, spirituality, higher vibration, creativity, culture, personal power and mindfulness.

I consider myself a student and a practitioner because yoga involves a lifestyle journey and commitment to holistic soul health. Yoga began as a workout for me in 2014 and transitioned into a life practice that played a major role in saving my life. I discovered a deeper power of stillness and meditation, transforming my physical practice and how I teach others to connect to themselves. Yoga is beyond the mat. It is a lifestyle you carry with you. The expression of yoga is an awareness of how your internal world reflects how we perceive our external experiences. A shift in perception creates a shift in experience, leading you to greater spaciousness, gratitude and presence.

My teaching speciality is power-inspired, vinyasa flow. The style consists of a delicate balance between building strength, flexibility and grace; utilizing various transitions, inversions, binds, static/dynamic holds, balancing postures, and more! Conscious breath is connected to movement throughout each flow. Meditation is also incorporated during the beginning and closing of practice to foster grounding.
