I am a Jamaican-born self-care and wellness advocate who uses mindful movement to inspire and instruct busy families to prioritize calm, intentional daily actions. Having survived two open-heart surgeries as a child, and experiencing the death of a close friend in my childhood physical rehab center, I began my journey to inner peace far before adulthood.

I share and teach mindful meditation. It’s a practice that begins with an awareness of the breath and allowing the moment to be, while observing it. I have been teaching directly and indirectly since 2016. Via social media, I share my thoughts, approaches and practices in meditation and physical yoga. My target is People Of Color and Hearts Of Love.

I continue to share and teach because it helps. It helps me with anxiety and depression, which in turn brings about a sympathy and understand of my thoughts and self. Also I continue to share and teach because I feel this approach could help others find their path and patience in life.
